HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
I am starting my own new program for the year of 2017.
I will make a new list for every week of the year. It can be a list of anything and everything you want it to be.
I am starting with my list this week:
WHAT DO I WANT TO BE DIFFERENT FROM 2016?
A list of 20 items would be a good start. Maybe, we will increase or decrease from that each week.
I think this would be a fun project and hopefully very helpful if you feel the need to motivate yourself. If not, it can also be a memoir or diary or notes that you want to keep and improve upon.
Please join me and comment if you wish. I can use all the help I can get. It’s also much more fun if we can have lots of input to keep us motivated. So, this is my first list:

WANT TO EAT LESS PROCESSED FOOD
WANT TO HAVE A MENU PLAN FOR EACH DAY
WANT TO DO SOME FORM OF EXERCISE EACH DAY

WANT TO MAKE A BUDGET AND STICK TO IT
WANT TO READ A BOOK A WEEK
WANT TO DO SOME WRITING (besides blogging)
WANT TO CREATE 7 NEW GOOD HABITS (such as make the bed first thing)
WANT TO FIND TWO NEW TOPICS TO DISCUSS ON BLOG
WANT TO HELP SOMEONE EACH DAY (can be family or friends)
WANT TO SPEND MORE TIME OUTSIDE
WANT TO CREATE SOMETHING MORE OFTEN
WANT TO DO A BULLET JOURNAL
WANT TO LEARN SOMETHING NEW
WANT TO DECLUTTER
WANT TO DRINK MORE WATER
